Inspiration for Moonscape : A Paranormal Love Story.

I'm never short on ideas; they come from everywhere.
When I finished Inception, a friend suggested carrying the story
of Whinter forward. It was an intriguing thought, but I believed
that most of her story had been told. The idea of a living being
existing within the internet, haunting it like a ghost, remains
compelling. I knew that sooner or later, she would show up in
another story.
Like many storytellers, I frequently have Lucid Dreams, visions
where we know we are dreaming and have some control of our actions.
Moonscape arrived that way. In my dream, I was standing within a
lunar crater, looking up at our colorful planet floating in eternal
darkness. As I dropped my gaze and looked around, I saw ruins buried
in the crater wall.
That was pretty much all it took.
I started on the plot line, and Whinter kept showing up, wanting to
have a role in the story. My characters pester me, which is another
affliction writers suffer from. To appease them, I started on the plot
and let Whinter play a part.
Moonscape was a blast to write, and I hope you enjoy it.
